Adapt Mortgages was formed in 2002. We provide Independent advice and recommendations on all aspects of the mortgage market. We are proud of our professionalism and profile. The Principal, Alun Davies is a professional of over 20 years experience in Financial Services. We take what some may see as an old fashioned approach based on the absurd notion that people may actually want to deal with people, whether it’s over the ‘phone or face to face. So if we meet, we can guarantee that there won’t be a laptop in sight. Details will be taken down, your concerns and wishes will be listened to and you will be presented with recommendations. It’s then up to you what you want to do. There is no obligation.
Oh! by the way, if you’re looking for ‘Best Buy’ tables with eye catching rates, we suggest you look elsewhere. You won’t find them here. We prefer to source an arrangement that is best suited to your needs and objectives. Strange isn’t it?
What we do:
- We have access to the whole of the mortgage market and will source the best possible mortgage suitable to your requirements.
- We are fully independent and directly accountable to The Financial Services Authority.
- We adhere to the philosophy of Treating Customers Fairly at all times.
What we don’t do:
- We don’t make promises we can’t keep. If we can’t help you we’ll tell you.
- We do not belong to a ‘Network’ or represent a ‘Panel’ of lenders. Therefore we do not promote so called ‘exclusive’ deals. We are solely accountable to The Financial Services Authority.
- We won’t recommend things you don’t need. What’s the point?
- We won’t take offence if you don’t want to do business with us. Astonishing as it may seem, we don’t want to do business with people who don’t want to do business with us. Quite straightforward really.
- We won’t pressure you in any way. We’ll make a recommendation. If you agree with some or all of it and wish to go ahead then fine or if you don’t wish to go ahead then that’s fine too.
